If you find that you have a member lock or a fraud alert you can remove it in the member portal.

Call Experian (800) 493-1058

At the prompt enter your social security number

At the second prompt enter your zip code

  • Say "dispute"
  • Say "new dispute"
  • Say "Identity theft"
  • Then you will be transferred to a live agent.

Tell them you want to remove your fraud alert and they will ask you for the four digit member PIN you just set up and the answer to the security question you just set up. Your fraud alert will be removed.
